REFUND POLICY

Returns Eligibility You may return unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Due to the nature of our products (coffee, hot chocolate, milk powders, and other consumables), we cannot accept returns of opened or used items unless they are faulty or sent in error.
To start a return, please email coffee@kv-c.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including postage costs, where applicable.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where the product is faulty or incorrect.
Return Authorisation Please contact coffee@kv-c.co.uk before sending any items back. We will provide the correct return address and reference. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Cancellations If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, contact us immediately at coffee@kv-c.co.uk with your order number. If not yet shipped, we'll cancel and refund in full. If already dispatched, please follow the returns procedure above.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item (if eligible) and place a new order.
